Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what Dandy's Haven ("we") collects on https://dandyshaven.com and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Children

Our site is for parents and teachers. Children may use the coloring and game pages with an adult nearby, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US, COPPA) or ask children to create accounts. The color-online, photo and game tools run in your browser and nothing you make is uploaded. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

What we collect

• No account is needed to print or download free pages.
• When you buy: your email address, your purchases and the download log. Payment is handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.
• If you join our email list: your email address and the date you joined. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Counters: we count prints and downloads per page without storing who made them.
• Favorites are stored only in your own browser.

Cookies, ads and analytics

We use one essential cookie to keep buyers signed in. If ads or Google Analytics are switched on, Google may use cookies to show and measure ads. Visitors in the UK and EEA see a consent message first, and you can change your choice at any time. Premium members see no ads.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your account from your account page at any time. You can also email hello@dandyshaven.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents: we do not sell personal information; to opt out of "sharing" for ads, use the consent settings or contact us. UK and EU residents may complain to their data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

How long we keep data

Account data: until you delete your account. Order records: as long as tax law requires (usually 6 years). Contact messages: 12 months. Server logs: 30 days.
