Refund policy

If a pack is not what you expected, email hello@dandyshaven.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

For Premium, you can cancel at any time from your account. If you forgot to cancel and have not used Premium since the renewal, contact us within 14 days for a refund of that renewal.

UK customers: by downloading a file straight after purchase you agree that the digital content starts immediately, which ends the 14-day cancellation right under UK law. We still honour our 14-day policy above.
